Retainer Fee
Service Description
The retainer secures the requested date and Exquisite and Beyond’s services. A potential client has a 72-hour turnaround time to notify and submit the retainer, otherwise, the requested date will still be available to another potential client who may be interested in the same requested date. An additional invoice will be created for the balance of the event's over all cost.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Window Events requested 30 days or less prior to the event date are considered Short-Term Bookings. Availability is not guaranteed until all booking requirements are completed. Short-Term Booking Requirements (30 Days or Less) All events booked 30 days or less require full payment at the time of booking and a signed service agreement/contract. Event dates will not be held without both. Expedited / Rush Booking Fee Booking Timeframe Expedited Fee 30–21 Days Prior 20–14 Days Prior 13–7 Days Prior $150 $250 $400 6 Days or Less $500+ (Based on event scope) Rush fees are non-refundable and cover accelerated planning, priority scheduling, and rapid inventory sourcing. Standard Booking Requirements (More Than 30 Days Out) A non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
